3-Job Guarantee Terms

The promise: if Autonous does not book you at least three real jobs in your first 30 live days, Autonous refunds your setup fee. The full definitions, boundaries, and exclusions are below.

Who It Covers

The guarantee applies to T2 and T3—Never Miss a Call and We Run Your Front Door. T1 is not eligible (Digital Front Door) unless a signed Order Form explicitly adds it.

What Satisfies the Guarantee

The guarantee is met if Autonous produces, during the first 30 live days, either:

• three qualified booked appointments, or
• qualified booked pipeline value equal to three times the setup fee.

Either threshold satisfies the guarantee. At current setup fees, the pipeline thresholds are $1,491 for Never Miss a Call and $5,991 for We Run Your Front Door.

Booked pipeline is booked opportunity value—not collected revenue.

When the Clock Starts

The 30-day clock begins at verified go-live, not at signature, deposit, or kickoff. The implementation target and acceptance test are confirmed in the Order Form.

What Does Not Count

Spam, duplicates, internal tests, and inquiries outside the signed service and service-area boundary do not count toward either threshold.

What Is Outside Autonous Control

No-shows, cancellations, close rate, job completion, workmanship, and other post-booking outcomes are outside Autonous control and are not covered by this guarantee.

The Remedy

If neither threshold is reached, Autonous refunds the setup fee. The covered setup fee is the remedy, refunded at 100%. Recurring monthly fees, usage/scale fees, and third-party costs are not refunded.
