SMS Terms

Autonous Systems may send text messages to customers and prospects who have provided their phone number and consented to receive them.
What Messages You Might Receive
- Audit appointment confirmations and reminders
- Service updates and account notifications
- Replies to inquiries you initiate
How to Opt In
You opt in by:
- Submitting a form on our website that includes SMS consent language
- Verbally agreeing during a phone consultation
- Replying YES to an initial opt-in text we may send
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any text message at any time. You will receive confirmation and no further messages, except in response to direct inquiries you initiate.

Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our services and the nature of your inquiry. Typically, appointment-related messages are infrequent (only when you have a booking), and service-related messages are sent only when relevant.
Costs
Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Autonous Systems does not charge for SMS messages.
Privacy

Carriers
Autonous Systems uses compliant A2P 10DLC infrastructure to send messages. Supported carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
