Will it sound like a robot?
You tell us — call (559) 553-1441 right now and ask for Mandy. She's our AI. Most callers don't realize until we tell them.
What if it can't handle a call?
There's an escalation path built in. If a call needs you specifically, the AI flags it as urgent and texts you immediately so you can call back. Nothing slips.
Do I need to change my phone number?
No. We work with your existing business number. Calls forward to our system only when you can't answer.
Can it speak Spanish and other languages?
Yes. Our voice agents are fully multilingual — fluent in English, Spanish, and more — and switch automatically based on the caller. Wherever your customers are and whatever they speak, they get a natural conversation.
How long does setup take?
Your AI voice line is live in 24 to 48 hours — we build it, test it, and switch it on. We handle everything.
Text-back takes a little longer, and that part isn't up to us: carriers require A2P 10DLC registration for business texting,
which usually clears in three to five business days and occasionally up to seven. We file it the day you sign, and texting turns on the moment it's approved.
What's the setup fee for?
Building your system, not activating an account. We write the call scripts around your service area, trip charges, and job types, connect your calendar and CRM, set the escalation rules, and test the lines until they're solid. It's a one-time charge — after that you're month-to-month.
What if it doesn't work for my business?
Then you shouldn't pay for it. If the system doesn't book you at least three jobs in your first 30 days live, we refund 100% of your setup fee — that's the 3-Job Guarantee. And you can cancel the monthly any time regardless.
Are there per-minute charges?
No. Calls are unlimited on the Dispatch Engine and Fleet plans. Your busy month costs the same as your slow one.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, month-to-month. We don't lock anyone into long-term contracts.
What if my customers don't like AI?
We've never had a customer complain about an answered call. They complain about voicemail.
